Leader of a First-Class Undergraduate Course in Henan Province; Visiting Scholar at the University of Alberta, Canada.
Research & Teaching Highlights:
· Successfully led/participated in 10+ research projects, including: "Cascade Frequency Conversion Fault-Tolerant Control Module," "Integrated Analysis of Energy Efficiency in Distribution Networks and Key Technologies for Interactive Electricity Saving with Typical Users," and "Design of Generator Voltage Excitation Control Systems."
· Completed 2 provincial-level teaching reform and practice projects in higher education in Henan Province.
· Received 4 awards, including the Henan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and the Education Department's Scientific and Technological Achievement Award.
· Won the First Prize for Excellent Online Teaching Courses in Undergraduate Education in Henan Province.
· Guided students in projects such as the National College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program and the National Simulation Innovation Application Competition, achieving commendations.
