Zhenfang Xu, male, born in 1976, is an Associate Professor, Senior Engineer, and Master's Supervisor. He serves as a National Representative of the China Association for Science and Technology (CAST), Executive Secretary-General of the Henan Provincial Institute of Instrumentation, and Deputy Secretary-General of the Henan Intelligent Sensor Innovation Alliance. In recent years, he has participated in two National Natural Science Foundation projects. He led five provincial-level scientific and technological project appraisals (all achieving domestic leading or higher standards) and won the Bronze Award in the First National Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition by CAST. He has presided over or participated in two CAST Innovation-Driven Assistance Projects and two "Sci-Tech China" Henan Science and Technology Service Group Projects. His accolades include the Third Prize of the Henan Provincial Department of Science and Technology Progress Award, the Third Prize of the China Grain and Oil Association Science and Technology Progress Award, three First Prizes and three Second Prizes from the Henan Provincial Department of Education, as well as leading one Zhengzhou Municipal Science and Technology攻关 Project, two Henan Provincial Science and Technology攻关 Projects, over ten projects under the Henan Association for Science and Technology's Innovation-Driven Assistance Program and Think Tank Initiative, and two provincial-level education reform projects. He holds four authorized national invention patents and three utility model patents. He has authored or co-authored three national-level textbooks and published over 30 academic papers in domestic and international journals.
