I. Personal Introduction
Ji Miaoxin, male, born in July 1992 in Pingdingshan, Henan Province, holds a Ph.D. in Engineering. He works as a post‑doctoral researcher focusing on intelligent sensing, associate professor, and doctoral supervisor. He is a Senior Engineer of the China Instrument and Control Society, high‑level talent of Henan Province, top‑notch young talent under the Zhongyuan Science and Technology Innovation Program, and recipient of the Henan Youth Talent Support Program. He also serves as a "Science and Technology Vice General Manager" of Henan Province, Deputy Director of Kaifeng Instrument and Meter Industry Research Institute (Henan Province), and specially‑invited expert consultant of Hebi Economic and Technological Development Zone Industrial Research Institute. He sits on the review panel for the China (International) Sensor Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. He is a member of the China Instrument and Control Society and Deputy Secretary‑General of the Henan Instrument and Control Society. He heads the Measurement and Control Technology and Instrument Department (National First-Class Undergraduate Major) at Henan University of Technology. Additionally, he acts as a peer reviewer for multiple high‑profile domestic and international academic journals.
He has presided over one National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) Young Scientists Fund project, one sub‑project of the National Key R&D Program of China, one General Project of the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, one Zhongyuan Sci-Tech Innovation Young Top-notch Talent project, one Henan Youth Talent Support Program project, one Henan Provincial Science and Technology Research Project, and one Henan Postdoctoral Research Project. He has taken part in five national‑level research projects and four provincial‑ministerial projects. Twelve national invention patents have been granted or filed under his name. He won the Second Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements from the Henan Provincial Department of Education (1st contributor), the Second Prize for Measurement and Control Science and Technology Progress of Henan Province (1st contributor), and the First Prize for Instrument and Meter Education & Teaching Achievements of Henan Province (1st contributor). He was also the 9th contributor for the First Prize for Scientific and Technological Achievements issued by the Henan Provincial Department of Education.
Over the past three years, he has published more than 20 high‑level SCI/EI papers in top journals, including IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics, Measurement, and IEEE Sensors Journal. More than ten national invention patents have been filed or granted.
II. Main Research Areas
His research centers on engineering‑oriented artificial intelligence applications and core technologies for MEMS inertial sensors. His work covers individual soldier navigation, integrated navigation, attitude identification and fall detection, as well as information fusion for medicine‑engineering interdisciplinary studies. Specific research directions are listed below:
