一、个人情况介绍
徐坤,男,1989年出生,工学博士,副教授,硕士生导师,江苏省“科技副总”,中国微纳米技术学会高级会员,河南省仪器仪表学会理事。主持或参与国家级、省部级和市厅级以上项目13项,主持企业委托开发项目3项,发表学术论文23篇,其中第一作者或者通讯作者发表SCI检索论文15篇(TOP期刊6篇),累计影响因子40+,授权美国发明专利2项(排名第一和第二),授权中国发明专利16项(排名前三9项),获中国粮油学会科技进步三等奖1项。
二、主要研究领域
围绕可穿戴健康监测、人机交互、感知机器人皮肤和食品安全等,开展以下研究:
(1)基于有机电化学晶体管(OECT)的传感器及其阵列;
(2)基于钙钛矿及有机半导体的光电器件;
(3)神经形态器件,如易失性忆阻器、人工神经元和突触
(4)新型感知与智能检测技术、机器学习等。
