徐坤

徐坤,男,1989年出生,工学博士(后),副教授,硕士生导师,江苏省“科技副总”,河南工业大学青年骨干教师,中国微纳米技术学会高级会员,河南省仪器仪表学会理事。主持国家自然科学基金1项,省部级项目4项和市厅级以上项目6项,主持完成企业委托开发项目3项,发表学术论文30余篇,其中第一作者或者通讯作者发表SCI检索论文19篇,授权美国发明专利2项(排名第一和第二),授权中国发明专利16项(排名前三9项),获中国粮油学会科技进步三等奖1项。

主要研究方向:

围绕可穿戴健康监测、人机交互、感知机器人皮肤和缺陷检测等领域,开展以下研究:

1)基于有机电化学晶体管(OECT)的传感器及其阵列;

2)神经形态器件,如易失性忆阻器、人工神经元和突触;

3)新型感知与智能检测技术,如磁光成像、机器视觉;

4)基于钙钛矿及有机半导体的光电器件等。
